She earned her medical degree from JSS Medical College and completed her residency training in the United States, and is board-certified in family medicine. Her clinical work in the emergency room centers on viral and bacterial infections, respiratory illness, fever workups, and the early evaluation of more serious presentations.
She has practiced across multiple Texas locations and now sees patients at our Coppell emergency room.

Dr. Ravikumar Edalur is a board-certified family medicine physician with more than 25 years of clinical experience across emergency and family care. He earned his medical degree from Dr. BR Ambedkar Medical College and completed his family medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
His clinical strengths include the rapid assessment of abdominal pain, chest pain, and other acute presentations where time matters most.

Dr. Howsen Kwan has built a career across three settings that rarely overlap: traditional primary care, direct-pay concierge medicine, and freestanding emergency care.
He completed his medical training at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, an internship in surgery at West Virginia University, and his chief residency in family medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
Board-certified in family medicine, he founded a Dallas-based direct primary care practice and brings that focus on continuity into every ER shift, treating acute illness alongside the chronic conditions that often drove the visit. He treats patients at our Coppell emergency room.

For more than three decades, Dr. Vijayalakshmi Nandimandalam has worked at the bridge between internal medicine and the freestanding ER, where the same conditions she would manage longitudinally in a clinic often present in their acute, decompensated form.
She earned her medical degree from Sri Venkateswara Medical College and completed her internal medicine training in the United States. Her ER work concentrates on respiratory infections, pharyngitis, strep, and the wider set of internal medicine presentations that arrive in the emergency setting. She treats patients across our Coppell, Mesquite, and Plano locations.

Dr. Talal Zahoor has built his career across two parallel tracks: bedside emergency medicine and the operational side of running emergency and urgent care facilities.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Queensland Medical School in 2014 and has since practiced as both an emergency medicine physician and a hospitalist, with peer-reviewed publications spanning surgical, internal medicine, and emergency topics.
His work as a healthcare entrepreneur has focused on expanding access to community-based emergency and urgent care. He treats patients across all of our North Texas locations.
